Omg thank you so much I had no idea and I was like "I'm gonna die!!" Lol

I seriously thought I was the only one. I see people on Instagram and Facebook post greasy pizza and wings, pasta fries and all this food! And I think to myself "smh they don't love themselfs" seriously! And it bothers me even more that people who are obese do it ! Like seriously ! Don't you care about yourself your just flaunting it out to the world to see exactly why it is you have gotten where you are! Then I feel guilty because I feel I have no place!

Hi guys I'm 8 days post op and I've been having a reaaaaaal hard time getting down liquids literally only 2 oz if even at that! I don't get hungry or crave anything that's the good thing. I read about people eating and I get terrified I don't want to even imagine! If liquids hurt going down what will food do! Anyway I lost 20 pounds pre op and as of today 21 post op. weird to be and overwhelming. I started off at 326 and today I weighed 285. I'm currently staying in Mexico for two months so that when I go back my family will be surprised. I want to leave at at least 230 buy I don't know if it's possible that's 55 pounds away. I was just assuming because of my fast weightloss it was possible . I'm 5'1 so even 280 is big for me. 230 I will be big but at least I won't look a slob Does anyone have suggestions on how to keep fluids down

Congrats ! I'm barely a week post op and I've lost a total of 21 pound post op. 41 pre op included! It's overwhelming

22 and I was sleeved June 16th. Lost 26 pounds so far who knows maybe more now haven't weighted myself

Yes normal! It's not really dumping but some bowel and it's liquidy and gas your body is just getting used to everything that's happening

Maybe everyone is different I just think about how much pain I will feel if I eat food and that hunger goes away its mental thing. I don't like Protein shakes either so I'm gonna buy unflavored Protein powder to mix with my shakes and purée food when I can eat I have YouTube videos check them out

I'll be gone by then! One recommendation ! They charge you for everything at the Marriott! Even for water so bring some water bottles and extra cash ! Make sure you enjoy the pool when you get here!

Hey guys I will be having surgery on June 14 !! Almost a day and a half!! Omg! Excited! I made a YouTube channel to try and stay motivated and make a group of awesome friends who are going through what I am too. I will be having my surgery in Mexico so follow subcribe I'll do the same '!
