I just miss the taste. I'm so done with crystal light, Gatorade water ect... Need liquid ideas.

How long ago were you sleeved? Diet Pepsi is the one thing I miss. I really want to do the same thing.

Does anyone else have very low energy? I was sleeved on 5/3 and feeling good. Having a hard time trying to eat soft protein. I feel tired towards end of the day.

I'm not eating enough I start to feel sick so I don't force it. Scared too how can I live on so small amount of food? I need to just make sure I stay hydrated take my vitamins and try to get more protein in.

Tomorrow is my first check up with surgeon and I get next level diet. Thank god!!! I'm tired of protein shakes!!! Need something more. Also I feel like I'm getting liquids no problem. I hope when I start eating that you can only eat a small amount or you feel sick. I'm scared. (

I was sleeved on May 3rd. No complications feeling great. No vomiting getting all my liquids in and vitamins. I'm still hungry want just to have something more than protein shake, crystal light ect. Want a potatoe a piece of meat if only a couple of bites. I thought I was goi g to feel full and unable to drink all my liquids. I have until Tuesday before next stadge. HELP!!!

Feeling TOO good after surgery?

I had my sleeve on Friday 5/3. One week ago today. I had pain but nothing major was home Sunday afternoon. Have felt great all week very few pain med just mostly at night. Today have been driving walking shopping still feel great. Have not thrown up at all. Have bits of hunger and wish I could of had pizza tonight but had a protein shake. Hope the surgeon really did the procedure!! LOL. -
3 days post op and not feeling full?

I had my sleeve may 3rd. I feel hungry but can't seem to get all three protein shakes in when I drink I get a sharp pain top of my chest and then the pain last for 5-10mins than same thing if I drink. Have by follow up on 5/14 will mention to dr but what's up? -
I have felt slightly nauseated but haven't vomited I wonder if I'm not getting enough Protein ?
