  2. I too am at the same stage, but feel much better that I am not alone. I lost 10lbs the first week and 11 the second week. Week 3 and 4 I have lost nothing I just lose and regain the same 2 lbs every morning/night. I was told it is due to the drastic reduction in calories (going from the near 3,000 ish that got me to the size I was, to the now 800 ish im barely capable of) that is to blame. My body is currently holding on to or storing everything I intake believing I may be starving. Once my body realizes that this is the new steady intake it will quit storing everything and start burning stored fat for energy. I am not a nutritionist and am only repeating what I have been told, but makes sense :-) I have been warned by many to not become discouraged with the "3-4th" week plateau that it is completely normal and will pass. Also that there will be more to come so hang in there and stick with it :-)

    Broken and starting get depressed?!

Hang in there, I was sleeved three weeks ago (4/16) and I am in a similar spot. I was losing steady 2lbs every morning, but for the last 5 days I have not lost a single pound and infact I gained 2 lbs back. Everyone I have talked to says this is normal to plateau and that it could last for 2-3 weeks. My father has also had a WLS and in the first month he plateaued for 3.5 weeks then bam back to the steady weight loss. stay strong :-)
