Me too! I need to lose exactly 130 lbs to be a "normal" BMI. It's amazing to think I could lose that much but I think this surgery may be just the tool I need. Your surgery is on Monday? How are you doing?

I live in Brooklyn. I'm anxious right now because I still don't have final insurance approval. I was referred to Dr Ren by a friend that works at NYU. She was really nice when I met her in the consultation and answered all my questions. It's good to hear your sister had a good experience. Have you been to the support group at NYU? I haven't been able to yet.

I am having surgery at NYU with Dr. Ren on June 24th.
