You are doing fabulous! At your stage, I could also only eat about 2 oz and, truthfully, I'm not much beyond that now (about 1/3 cup capacity, it seems). Anyway, try Greek yogurt. I'm in Canada so there are fewer choices, but the best one here is Danon Silhouette at 50 calories and 8 grams of protein. Most of the others are double the calories (or more). It's thick, so at first, I actually put it in a bowl and mixed some slimfast or other protein shake in with it and ate it like soup. It's about 1/3 of a cup in total but with the liquid added - obviously a little more. It would take me three separate times to finish one small container of yogurt at your stage, so go slow. It's a great way to get in some protein. Good luck!!!
