Hello!!! I'm just 2 months into starting all of this an I get discouraged so quickly with the gym. I fell in Oct an fractured my hip. I still have pain when sitting or laying down. So the gym is good for me... Now mind you I'm 4foot9 an 246lbs... So besides the arc trainer and treadmill do you have any suggestions for me? I go to planet fitness 5 times a week. Thanks!
