  1. I am trying. I am concerned I might b getting too many calories if that is even possible so I have been tracking my meals on my fitness pal. Today my calories are split evenly between fat/carbs and protein I have hit around 1000 cals.I started with a lower bmi and I have 1 stone 7lb left to lose - or 21lb if you are in US. I know that this is a tool but I thought that I could relax around food and have something of what I fancy from time to time but I don't think I can get away with it. ????
  2. Hi I was sleeved 19th aug and I am experiencing a 4 week stall! So down about it, I feel like I have wasted my money
  3. I am feeling this. This is my fourth week stall. I want to cry I feel like I have wasted my money

    Need encouragement

I totally get how you feel. I was sleeved on 19th aug. I have been the same weight for over three weeks now. My portions are tiny compared to a normal portion. I am just worried I am eating too much during the day? I seem to be snacking a lot. I feel like I have failed already
  5. My band was a disaster it slipped and I nearly lost my stomach! I am only 2 1/2 weeks post op sleeve is going on so far but I am only on liquids. How about u?
  6. Hi I have had revision surgery 3 years apartment. Band first and sleeve second x
  7. Where are you all from in the UK, do you know if there are many support groups?
  8. My bmi start weight was 33, went to 23 with band. Back up to 30 when sleeved. X
  9. Really, that sounds good. I would like to stay at 135 or slightly higher. I suppose I might have to add some extra cals in. I am still on full liquids tho
  10. Hi I had my Lapband fitted 4 years ago and it slipped so was removed 3 years later. I had my sleeve done 11 days ago weighing 170lb. I am worried that I will lose too much weight now. Obviously I thought of this before surgery but now I am stressing out about everything. Have u eaten out yet? How does it differ eating out with the sleeve as opposed to the band? Can u hide the fact that u have had a sleeve?
  11. A big thank you too. Looks like we are all in the same boat!! Big hugs to u all x x
  12. I was sleeved on 19th Aug. I am full of regret today. Feel like I have made the wrong decision, I have no physical pain and I can get full liquids in no problem. I don't know what's up with me. I researched this for a long time having had a gastric band slip and then regain some weight I was a lower bmi. Now I am worried that life will never be "normal". I am glad the hunger had gone and that I can't have crazy portions. I think I am just having a crazy freak out.

    August peeps...

I have been told I am allowed full liquids with no bits in. So that's anything that would tip out of a glass or bowl, nothing like yogurt or custard. I am in the Uk so don't have access to all the protein supplants that you do in the US. I am trying something called Complan if you have heard of that, it is meant to be nourishing and used after periods of illness that's going down ok

    August peeps...

So glad to see you post this I am exactly the same and had op on the same day. I am feeling like I want to eat. I am on 4 weeks full liquid diet. I don't know if I can cope ( I have no choice but to cope tho) Do you feel like your body needs some kind of nourishment? That's the feeling I am getting
