I think it sounds like a more urgent thing than just sometime this week. -
In my classes, they told us to that estrogen is held in fat cells and that when we lose fat, we release that estrogen. They said to expect emotional ups and downs post surgery. Hang in there!!

ROFLMAO! Honestly you should do comedy! I feel the same way about "King Bieber". Who has their hired help carry them on the Great Wall of China???!!! Inflated ego much??

I'm 4 months out and I am still dealing with this. I have lost my crutches and still looking for ways to deal with emotions and activities to replace boredom eating. Others have reassured me that it really will get better. Hang in there! You are not alone.

2 Month Surgiversary Today! Protein Menus Needed

I eat a lot of eggs, chicken, cheese, Greek yogurt, tuna, and I supplement with Premier protein shakes (from Sam's Club - 30 grams each) and protein hot chocolate, protein barbecue chips (which I get at Bariatric Choice - 15 grams each). I also LOVE, LOVE the Gladiator shakes from Smoothie King (45 grams each!) I also like "Oh Yeah" chocolate caramel protein bars, but not too often because I could get addicted!! -

I use the Proti-diet hot chocolate from Bariatric Choice. It is DELICIOUS!! I have one every night. It satisfies my sweet tooth and for some reason hot drinks fill me up more. 90 calories / 15 grams of protein!!! It's also the perfect drink for cool fall and cold winter nights/mornings! Here is a link: https://www.bariatricchoice.com/rewardsref/index/refer/id/105733 It's a referral link so you can get $20.00 off a $40.00 order. The referral code is 8141441 in case you need it. :-) -

Will you post the results here on VST? I would be happy to share if you'll post it here to share with everyone else. I like this idea. -
