  9. Do you get to count your protein as liquid too? I drink Isopure (like Gatorade-ish not a shake) and I count the 15 proteins plus the 8 oz as liquid.

  12. That is SO scary! Thank you for sharing that story. It just makes it real. OP, please follow your DR.s orders! It could be a matter of life and death - not just some extra calories.
  13. Being honest - 13 days post op and have not "cheated" once. Too dangerous! My tummy just got sliced, stapled, and stitched and I'm not going to risk letting anything interfere with the healing! Don't do it. You're only hurting yourself.
  14. I drank Gatorade and apple juice on my flights home. You have to buy it there at the airport. They won't let you take more than 3 oz through security.

Kailisa, first thing I'm going to try on the next stage is this ricotta bake recipe I found on the forum: Ricotta bake 8 oz of Ricotta cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 1 large Egg, beaten 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning salt & pepper to taste 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese Mix ricotta cheese, parmesan, beaten egg, seasonings together and place in a oven proof dish. Pour marinara on top and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake it in the oven @ 450 for about 20-25 minutes (best) or nuke it till hot and bubbly. I usually made it first in the oven and heated the leftovers in the microwave
