Im a week out of surgery . I hear all this talk about protein shakes but i was never told when i can start or even what kind can someone inform me or should i wait to see my surgeon on thursday?

Slena are you chewing good because maybe thats the problem. I hope you feel better soon. Im at a week today and im craving something to chew.on lol so i had to grab a cracker and really chew it till is almost like a paste and im doing good..

Hi my name is raquel i have been struggling with weight problems since i was 15 now im 37 and still struggling. 5 years ago i did the lapband and only lost 70 pounds in 3 years. Then i had a baby and had to loosesn thr band. After the baby i gain so much weigh i decided to go for the gastric sleeve it was my last chance to see whatelse i can do..now im at a week out of surgery and feeling so great and loosing weight so fast but theres one problem the heartburn is crazy that is the only downside to it so far...it has been a long journey but i know for a fact tgis time i will loose all the weight.. My starting weight is 265lb... Will keep update..
