rae to a new life

Day 5: Surgery was on Monday. My doctor was wonderful and I heard all the nurses on that floor say they go to him for their own surgeries. Make me feel better selecting him. Feel pretty good...walking everyday and drinking, drinking. Worst days were in the hospital with IV pole to drag around. Since I've started this journey I've lost 20 pounds. Can't wait until next week when I can start other liquids.
