    Had lap band in april 05 by oct had lost about 60 lbs then found out I was pregnant so had band drained and then In aug of 06 had it filled back up and I have lost all the weight I gained back from baby so I am at about 180 now was 240.

    I was banded April 05 pregnant Oct 05 had lost 60 lbs by Oct. My dr said it was fine they just "like" for you to wait at least a year. The weight loss helped me to get pregant. I just had my band unfilled during the pregnancy and filled again 6 weeks after the baby
