Great question, I'm preop but I'm loading up on protein now...locs falling out is not an option...hopefully someone can give us both some insight though.

No I was excluded from the preop...a friend of mine had the same dr and did have to do the preop...we weighed about the same but I'm bottom heavy and she carried her weight on top so I figured that must be the reason. -

Mmm...just had a rtd GNC lean muscle meal...pretty good

Okay so I tried 1 scoop of the GNC vanilla with 8oz of water...tasted very bland to me, not horrible but had a watered down taste...gonna return it and try the chocolate...does anyone use more than 1 scoop to make theirs?
