  1. Body Fortress Whey Protein shakes. most grocery stores have them. Premier tasted grainy to me and muscle milk was horrible. I have tried so many different shakes so far and Body Fortress I must say is the best. 30 grams of protein per shake and if you add fat free milk its even more.
  2. Sorry to hear this, I know the extra test can be stressful especially when you already have your surgery scheduled. The same thing happened to me when I got my endoscopy done they found ulcers so I had to take meds for 30 days. The day before my scheduled surgery date I had to get another endoscopy and found that the ulcer healed so I was cleared for surgery. Dont get discouraged, its better that you are 100%. I hope all goes well.

    I can certainly understand your fustration. Maybe you are taking in to much protein. What kind of protein shakes are you using cause some of them are weight gainers. You are also exercising which by building muscle combined with all the protein intake might stall the scale. But you should be losing inches. Did you measure yourself, are your clothes looser? Hope things pick up for you. Going back to liquid for a week might not be a bad idea. how many protien drinks do you take a day? they suggest 60 grams of protein a day, I drink 2 6oz drinks a day each drink is 30 grams of whey protein. My son drinks protein shakes to gain weight and bulk up for football so again be careful in the one you pick up.
  5. Im 5 weeks since surgery and down 37 pounds and even though no one tells me they notice it or not. I notice it! I am wearing clothes that I couldnt fit before. I believe it takes shorter people longer to notice the weight lost opposed to taller people. regardless keep doing what you are doing and eventually they will see it.
  6. I had my surgery on April 3, 2013. The first week I liost 20 lbs, the second week 5 lbs. I have not lost any more weight since week 2. Im stalled at 25lbs and this week makes week 4. Where do I go from here because Im getting fustrated!
