Thank you Kelly ! I will try not to mix food and liquids together. I should check with my doctor as well. But it helps to know that I am not the only one :-) Do you know until when are we supposed to follow this rule.

Yeah - that's my challenge too. I have to really remember and drink something after 1/2 hour - if I skip that - then I get hungry again and keep postponing drinking part. -

Is anyone mixing solid and liquid ? My Dr. told me to keep at least 30 min gap between eating and drinking. Are you doing that ?? -
Happy 2nd monthly Anniversary !! Hope everyone is doing great. I am losing very slowly these days. I started with around 195 and now I am around 170. Have any one of you heard a rule that we are not supposed eat and drink together ? Struggle with food choices over the weekends. There are too many parties and social gatherings.... It gets challenging to be on track.

Hi Everyone , I am so happy to find this site and you all :-) I also got my procedure done on 11th March. I am at 172.2 Pounds now. Can't wait to be at my goal weight !
