Hi! I am so happy to have found you guys! I have been on a local board since my surgery on November 30th, but there are only 5 or 6 people that post there....I look forward to getting a larger group of people's opinions and feedback.

I don't miss carbonated beverages. I was very surprised! I thought I would die without them. I took a sip of one the other day and thought it was kind of gross... I have been like that with fried foods too.....I tried a tater tot and couldn't believe how greasy it tasted.

How come it is so dang hard to reach goals. Everytime I get to a milestone (10,20,25,30,40,50,60,70,80,etc) I have come to a dead stop or gained weight for days before reaching the goal. It sucks! I have been at 79 pounds lost for like 2 weeks now. :help:
