Don't be scared! You just need to realize that the sleeve is a tool, and doesn't stop the cravings. Someone told me that it would, and it just isn't true. You will do fine!

I find the nighttime the hardest as well. I think it may be be boredom. I have tried to going back to the basics, but the carb monster starts rearing its ugly head.

Hi everyone, I had my sleeve done almost two years ago, and I lost 72 lbs,but within the last year I gained 30 of it back. My obsessive binge eating is back. Has anyone else been going through this? How are you coping? I am just so depressed and disgusted with myself. Sent from my iPad using VST
