Okay I just came back from my only nutritional visit and they're telling me I don't have a preop diet!!!! You should've seen the look on my face I was shocked!!!! That being said I'm a little skeptical... I'm already starting to eat well... High-protein vegetables hardly any carbs. Since my last weigh-in I dropped about 7 pounds So I know it's working. Anyway are there other folks on this forum who had the same experience? NO PREOP DIET?!?!
