    finally Someone Responds. I Was Banded June 29, And Have Lost Almost 20 Lbs. I Have Certain Days Where I Can Eat Just About Any Amount Of Food. I Have Had 2 Fills So Far, 1.7 Cc's Which Is Not Much At All. Who Did Your Surgery? Dr. Wright Is My Surgeon, And He Is Great. Hope You Are Doing Well. Stay In Touch.

    I WILL PROBABLY BE POSTING MY MINUTES ON A DAILY BASIS. I WANT TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR EVERY SINGLE DAY IN AUGUST. I AM SURE THERE WILL BE DAYS I DON'T EXERCISE, BUT MAYBE POSTING DAILY AND SEEING MY PROGRESS WILL HELP KEEP ME MOTIVATED. SO TODAY I DID 25 MINUTES ON MY BOWFLEX, AND 45 MINUTES OF WALKING. :clap2: FEELING REALLY REALLY GOOD.:clap2:

    Fill Question

    I DON'T MEAN TO SOUND DUMB, BUT MY 1ST FILL WAS THIS PAST FRIDAY-1.5 CC'S. WENT FOR 2ND FILL TODAY. DOC TOOK OUT THE ORIGINAL FILL, BUT ONLY 1 CC CAME OUT. HE SAID THE REST OF THE FILL WAS PROBABLY TRAPPED IN AIR POCKETS OR SOMETHING. ANYWAY, HE SAID HE PUT BACK 1.5 CC'S PLUS ANOTHER .2 CC'S, DOES THIS MEAN THAT I NOW HAVE 1.7 CC'S, OR WILL THE OTHER .5 CC SHOW UP FOR A TOTAL OF 2.2 CC'S. SORRY THIS IS JUST SO CONFUSING FOR ME. :guess

    2nd Fill

    went For 2nd Fill Today. First Fill Was 1.5 Cc's, Today He Added .2 Cc's For A Total Of 1.7 Cc's. I Do Feel A Little Difference, Not Much, But It's Good Enough For Now. I Will Probably Go Back The 3rd Week In August Right Before I Go Back To Work. Also When I Weighed In, I Was 3lbs. Down From Friday. Of Course I Have Been Walking 3 Miles A Day. Anyway, I Am Going To Add My Bowflex Into The Mix So We'll See What Happens. Hope You Guys Are All Doing Well.

    i Pretty Much Did Very Little In July, So My August Goal Is 1000 Minutes. I Don't Think That Will Be Too Tough. I Go Back To Work At The End Of August, And I Want There To Be A Noticeable Change In My Body, And My Level Of Confidence.

    thanks For The Reply Stefanie. I Am Still Able To Eat Too Much. Yesterday I Chowed Down 2 Pcs. Of Chicken, And Still Wasn't Full. I Am Of Course Following The Bandster Rules Of Protein First, And No Drinking W/meals Etc., Etc. I Only Eat Protein And Fruit Most Of The Time Anyway, I Try To Stay Away From Most Other Carbs. I Go Back To Doc Tomorrow. They Wanted Me To Wait A Week As Well, But Doc Is Going On Vacation, And I Don't Wanna Have To Wait Two Weeks Before His Return, So I Have An Early Morning Appt. I Just Want To Feel Full, And I'm Just Not Getting That. Anyway, Thanks, And Wish Me Luck Tomorrow. Glad To Hear You Are Doing Well.

    2nd Fill

    i Had My First Fill Today, 1.5 Cc's. I Was Told To Eat Soft Foods First, And Then Transition To Solids. I Do Not Feel Any Kind Of Restriction At All. I Am Able To Eat More Than Usual W/out Getting Full. This Is Fustrating. I Am Going To Call Doc Next Week. He Told Me I Could Go In For Another Fill Whenever I Feel I Need One. Any Advice On How Long I Should Wait?

    JULY 28 I AM REALLY FEELING BAD. I MADE BAD FOOD CHOICES TONITE. I HOPE I DIDN'T GAIN TO MANY LBS. BACK. I WAS JUST REALLY HUNGRY TODAY AND HAD A WEAK MOMENT. I THINK I AM READY FOR A FILL ALREADY. I HOPE DOC IS WILLING TO GIVE ME ONE WHEN I SEE HIM ON FRIDAY. I COULD REALLY USE SOME ADVICE ON HOW TO KEEP MYSELF FROM GIVING IN TO THE BAD FOOD THAT MADE ME FAT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I FEEL GUILTY, AND DON'T WANT TO FEEL THIS WAY. I THOUGHT MOST OF THIS WAS BEHIND ME. I NEED TO STAY FOCUSED AND CONTINUE TO MAKE THE GOOD CHOICES THAT I HAD BEEN MAKING BEFORE NOW.
