    THANKS FOR THE INFO. I APPRECIATE IT. OKAY, MY EXERCISE FOR THE DAY. I DID A TOTAL BODY WORKOUT TODAY-50 MINUTES, AND 30 MINUTES ON THE STATIONARY BIKE. TOTAL TODAY SO FAR IS 80 MINUTES.

    FIRST OF ALL, CONGRATS ON THE AWESOME JOB. I LOVE GOING TO THE GYM NOW AS WELL. THAT FEELING YOU GET WHEN YOU WALK OUT AND KNOW THAT YOU HAVE HAD A GREAT WORKOUT, IS AWESOME. I WANNA KNOW WHERE YOU GOT A BODYBUGG FOR SUCH A LOW PRICE! I HAVE BEEN WANTING TO PURCHASE ONE MYSELF.

    GOT AN EARLY START THIS MORNING. WOKE UP AT 5:00 AND DID 30 MINUTES ON TREADMILL. I PLAN ON DOING THIS EVERYDAY THIS WEEK ALONG WITH MY WEIGHT TRAINING AND EVENING CARDIO. HOPE TO SEE BETTER RESULTS. MM- GLAD TO HAVE YOU BACK. REMEMBER YOU HAVE ALL OF OUR SUPPORT HERE.

    50 minute chest workout. I am so exhausted today.....so I won't be doing the treadmill tonite. Everyone is doing such an awesome job. Lets keep it up. MM give yourself a break; don't be so hard on yourself. Think positive thoughts. Pick yourself back up and start again. Things will get better.

  16. THANKS SUZZZIE..........I AM FINALLY LIKING WHAT I SEE WHEN I LOOK IN THE MIRROR. IT'S AMAZING HOW GREAT MY BODY FEELS. I NO LONGER ACHE. THE ONLY PAIN I FEEL NOW IS THE SORENESS FROM WORKING OUT IN THE GYM. BUT, THAT'S A GOOD KIND OF PAIN.

    THAT IS AWESOME. I HAVE TRIED THE ELLIPTICAL AT THE GYM AND CAN BARELY GET THROUGH 10 MIN. JUST NOT MY THING I GUESS. I'M WITH STEF ON THE JOGGING THING. CAN'T IMAGINE DOING IT. ANYWAY, KEEP IT UP. I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU GUYS, BUT I FEEL GREAT WHEN I WALK OUT OF THAT GYM. I WISH I HAD STARTED GOING EARLIER, BUT OH WELL. I AM GOING NOW AND THAT'S WHAT MATTERS. I LOVE IT.     first Of All, I Weighed In This Morning At 195. All Of This Exercise Is Starting To Pay Off. 70 Minutes On Treadmill 60 Minute Weight Training-shoulders, Chest, Triceps. Total For The Day Is 130 Minutes. Total For The Month=530 Minutes.
