yesterdays Totals: 120 Minute Full Body Workout 20 Minutes On Stationary Bike i Have Exceeded My Goal. Yes... And I Have Lost 2 More Lbs. This Week. My Bodybugg Has A Scheduled Delivery Date Of Monday, Oct. 29th. I Cannot Wait To Start Using It. I May Meet My Goal Weight Of 180 By Thanksgiving. We Will See.

20 minutes on the stationary bike which by the way, does not burn a lick of calories. Also did 60 minute chest and shoulder workout.

OKAY, HAD A BARBEQUE AT PARENTS HOUSE TODAY AND WAS ABLE TO EAT A WHOLE HAMBURGER, PATTY AND THE BUN. GOT THE SHOULDER PAIN, MY USUAL SIGNAL TO STOP, BUT BY THAN I HAD ALREADY EATEN THE WHOLE THING!!!:omg: TIME FOR A FILL OR NOT?
