I have not always been over weight. It happened a few years after I stopped taking Deprov Shot. It became worst after the birth of my middle child. It has caused me to hide from family pictures for I did not like how I look. I felt that I was stuck in a fat suit. While, I work out, and have yo yo dieted for years, I can never seem to maintain a healthy weight. As of late I found out I suffer from hypertension. My BP is 163/108 on a normal day. I am motivated more than EVER to get the weight off. Follow me on my struggle to become a healthy ME!!
