I have been too fat for many years and have many co-morbidities and after breaking my cousin's chair at the beach last summer I decided it was time to really do something about my weight. I have tried every diet and workout plan out there, nothing works...I can lose weight, I just cannot keep it off. My stomach growls constantly, partly because of the meds I have to take, partly because my internal stomach is "huge" per my surgeon LOL :rolleyes: I want to lose my weight, I know it will be a life long change, but it will also greatly improve my life!! I want to be the mom who can run and bike ride with my son, I want to walk from my office to my car without losing my breath, I want to NOT have to worry about whether I will fit into the seats (airplanes, roller coasters, etc) and I want to go zip lining in Costa Rica when I hit my goal weight!!
