My starting weight was 246!! What an inspiration you are!! Amazing!!! Did you work out a lot?? Did you lose a lot in the first 2 months? I am 2 months out and only 30 down. I am getting frustrated. Did you watch what you ate like a hawk or what? Please let me know Thanks and congrats girl!!! -

I don't know about other meetings but the one I went to was so structured and had veterans, newly sleeved and preop all mixed together. I didn't get anything out of it. -

I was sleeved 7/29. I am down 31 pounds from 246. These past few weeks have been going by very slowly........ I want to be in onederland so bad but I am at 215. Any suggestions?? -

I have only done this when I have gotten the full and already had something in my mouth during a meal. Gross, but I know I can't fit in another bite. I need to slow down while I eat. -

It was on my mandatory vitamins list. I take sublingual once a day. It helps alot.

Very cool. I just watched an episode. I just wish they waited like a year to show the result. -
Everyone's experience is different. In my experience surgeons don't really have warm and fuzzy personalities so don't let that throw you off. They will give you lots of info and explain the testing that would be needed prior to surgery if you choose to go that route. I was overwhelmed but just take it one step at a time. Good luck. I am 6 weeks post op and very happy with my decision.

I would do this again for sure! No regrets! Best decision ever. The surgery pain was temporary but now I can look forward to permanent weight loss. I am so happy now that I am not always thinking about food!!! So happy!! I am 5 weeks post surgery and down 25 pounds. I wish I didn't wait until I was 33 to do this. Wish I did it sooner!
