So I'm 13 days post op. I haven't had any of the thrush or bad breath that I have been reading about. However, today during my walk I got very itchy. I came home to take a shower and it was like the whole top layer of my skin came off, from everywhere. I had to use a loofa to get it all off. I felt like a snake shedding its skin. I do have generally dry skin but never have had this happen before. Anyone else have this happen?? So weird

That was the first amazing thing that happened to me as well. My daughter is also 8. She hugs me everyday now with arms wrapped tight and tells me how skinny I am getting. <3

Hello July buddies! My surgery was 07/29/2013, almost 6 months ago. SW 246 CW 188 Goal 150 My weight loss has really slowed the past 2 months, only losing about 5-7 pounds. I keep yo-yoing between 187 and 188 for the past few weeks. It's the smallest I have been in 14 years and feel good, but I would really like to get another 20 off at least. Very frustrating

If I had a dollar for every time I heard this phrase........, I hope I never hear it again!! I am 2 months post op and have lost 34 pounds. I am kicking it up into high gear and joining a boot camp type fitness place on Friday. I am determined to lose this weight!! Who's with me?? I want a beautiful everything!!!

I am too a pear shaped girl who has always had thick legs and the butt to match. My shelf butt issue went away fairly quickly but I have definitely lost more on top than the bottom half. I have gone from a 2x top to a large and 20/22 to a 14/16. I know that exercising more will help and I have read many times that pear shapes are more healthier than other shapes. It will even out eventually. But I am skeptical that I will ever have those hot legs! I am hoping

I'm having this problem as well. Miralax and stool softeners do nothing for me. My doctor just recommended a probiotic and flax seed oil. I also take Magnesium regularly so I'm going to try doubling up. I would trade diarrhea any day

I have read many times that you should wait a year after hitting goal to decide on plastic surgery because your skin will shrink up more and take its new form. That's my story and I'm sticking to it......
