stressing about not losing weight in two months

Don't, it's pretty common, I've gone quite a long while without losing, I think the longest has been 8 or 9 weeks and then it suddenly begins to drop. I lose in a consistent 8-10 week pattern. As long as you keep doing what you're suppose to, it'll come off. I think mine is due to the muscle I'm gaining. OH! TRACK INCHES that helps a lot and is much more of an accurate measurment as to how your doing.
