I'm reading everyone's post on what a fantastic job they are doing- losing a great amount of weight! Yeah for all of you- but then I'm on the same week and I'm only down 28.... 8 weeks out and only 28? Really I'm so aggravated - I'm doing what the doc said.... He's happy with it but damn!!! Stalled for 3 weeks and I'm going crazy! Ok sorry I'm ranting and should be appreciative for the lose so far.... But I want better results! This is depressing!

Stalled and still down to a 9- yeah good for you. I'm stalled to and is driving me crazy....if you find the secret to moving that nasty scale- share pls! Sorry your having family/friend problems- that's not very nice of them. I haven't had an issue but I haven't lost alt yet either! Best of luck to you! -

I'm 7 weeks out and eating about 4 -5 ozs a meal (but having no problem when it comes to protein shakes) ...the hard part is the water seems I can't get it all in. Just got cleared from the doctor to eat whatever I want just watch out for bread! And no lifting restriction....only thing is I'm stalled and only 28 lbs down so far. Dang scale won't budge. Getting frustrated- cant up my excersising cause I have foot problems- but have an MRI next week! Just got to figure out to "nudge" that dang sneaky scale! -
I've always had a problem before surgery and now it's happening again....I'm eating right, getting the proper protein and water intake.....walking as much as I can with an inured foot! But dang it-still retaining water!! Any suggestions on breaking the cycle?? HELP!

EAS Vanilla powder is awesome alone with Lean Body ready made shakes 0 sugar! Taste like a milkshake! I'm gonna have to bump my protein intake up! Ty's everyone for the great advise. -

OMG I was just gonna start a thread about this.....I'm 5 weeks post op and I'm only down 24.5 and though I know it's a slow process -I'm wondering when I'm gonna look in the mirror and say "HOLY CRAP WHERE'D ALL THE WEIGHT GO?" Just wondering when are my "fat" pants gonna start falling off my not so Fat ass! The bad part is I'm exercising (walking). Because now I may have a fractured foot....fun fun fun! -

Well I did a Stupid thing....hope I can fix it....I mistakingly calculated my food intake wrong for the last 2 weeks....1 on full liquids and 1 week on puréed. Eating to much -trying to get in 70 grams of protein. Thank God I discovered it now-but is it to late? Has the damage been done? I feel really bad and extremely MAD - at my Stupidity!! Anyone know how to fix this? Other then getting back on the rights amounts....Can I reverse the damage?

I miss read the paperwork....ate 3-4 oz's of puréed food instead of 3-4 tablespoons....stalled now at 3 wks post....but thank God I'm reading that's normal.

OMG I'm 3 weeks out going on four and same weight for three days....I want to CRY! I'm so depressed....do you continue on the phase (puréed) or go back to full liquids? Right now I want to scream and throw my scale. I feel so helpless!

I'm three weeks post...was doing great on clear and full liquids....started puréed food and stalled..... Can't lose a thing -
My first day back to work and feeling crappy- my upper stomach hurts terribly and I can't eat anything without feeling sick.....anyone else had problems after going back to work? I was fine at home! Go figure!

Ty's guys.....unfort I have the boss from Hell And have no more time....so if I do fallout or leave early it will be without pay. But if I'm to sick and can't take it....home I go! Three more hours left at work! Trying to hold out! -

I Used it with cream cheese and scallions and garlic purée like the inside of the crab Rangoon! -
I ended up buying several different sauces that were 0 to 2 g of sugar. My chicken with the sauces. I tried pesto, gravy, light mayo, blooming onion, garlic pepper, and whatever else I could find! Boiled my chicken with chicken stock and soy sauce and then added the different flavors and frozen in half cup Tupperware.... Also I may just the insides of crab Rangoon and froze that. And also you can try ricotta cheese with marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce. That's what I got if I find anything more I'll post it here. Good luck.
