I have been overweight most of my life.I was 130 when I graduated highschool /and got married and thought I was so fat at 5'3.I had a baby and only kept abut 15 extra pounds. Over the next 7 yrs,,after I divorced, my weight fluxuated between 140-160. I got married to my present husband (of 30 yrs) and after having my second child, I gained 50lbs. and couldn't get it off. Then I quit smoking, and gained 50 more pounds..Anyway..I have spent the last 20 years trying to lose weight and keep it off...I have been able to lose, then gradually gain it back. I am 57 years old and I dont have good results loosing. I am tired of "toting this around"!! I am tired of the looks, and the way ppl look at me..It is hard to get respect sometimes. I dont have any medical issues, but my numbers are dropping for diabetes..it is time to make a decision, and this time I plan to go through with it., because I dont want to be burdened with lots of medicine to take when I "get old"! I have 2 Grandaughters and I want to live long enough to see them grow up and have children and grandchildren!
