i wrote an email of complaint to aisling@advancedcosmeticsurgery.ie yesterday but i have heard nothing yet. I would say Lou has probaly left. I was told by Dr Bernard that i could have my port moved lower as it sticks out really bad. Going to New York in March 24th and was hoping to do a bit of shopping but not going to if i haven't lost a stone. Starting a diet today and thinking of going to weight watchers. Diet has gotten really good lately, i don't buy frozen food any more and cook a proper (no processed meats) dinner every night. Have weetabix for breakie and soup and high fibre brown bread for lunch. Congratulations coco on your weightloss, and princesslk i feel your pain! please keep me informed to what's going on. Really can't afford to start paying for fills

i'm so annoyed with acs right now, just called to get an appointment and was told i need to ring back on monday. I've been ringing up for weeks and asking for an appointment and nobody has rang me back. They take my number every time and say they'll ring bak but i've heard nothing. haven't lost weight 'in ages and i haven't had a fill since november. very bad after service. was considering getting a tummy tuck and boob reduction but i won't be going through acs.

Doesn't seem to be a lot of interest in meeting tomo so think it's best to cancel it.

I personally prefered Dr Jan, he gave me my second fill with no problems, i met Lou a couple of weeks ago and she wouldn't give me a fill. I left feeling very disapointed.

How does saturday the 26th of Jan in the great southern dublin airport sound, say 12pm? there is loads of parking and they've a large lobby area. Been years since i was in it but i don't think there is a lot of parking at the Hilton and the lobby area in the Carlton is small. Let me know what you all think?

I can definatly eat too much, yesterday i had two weetabix for breakfast, picked at grapes till lunch, had two slices of brown bread with tuna, bowl of soupfulls and a hazel nut yogurt. by the time i got home from work i was starving and i made chicken chow mein(all fresh except sauce) sounds ok to maintain weight but i want to loose! booked in to see lou again next sat. i bought cadbury high lights for my evening cravings.

Coco, that's great you'd be up for meeting on the Northside. Things going ok with the band. Not loosing very much and very unsure what i have in my band. I've only had two fill's and as far as i know i only have 2ml in my band. Lou seems to think there is three mls in my band but wasn't to sure as she couldn't even tell from my file what day i was banded, not her fault though as i only met her for the first time on sat, met with the surgeons for my first two fills. Was expecting to get a fill on sat as my weight loss has come to a halt but instead got a lecture on what i should be eating, i know what i should be eating i can just eat way too much of it. She told me to try a non processed food diet for a week and see how i get on, if it doesn't work i've to go back to her. Really need another kick start!

I'd be up for meeting on the northside too, i'm sure there are other banded northsiders out there too. some where like the Hilton? it's handy to both the m50 and m1. Anyone interested?

<p><p>i didn't have anything in my band when i got it done. got my first fill two months ago and didn't feel a hugh amount of restiction. got my second fill last week and now i can hardly eat at all. i only have two ml in my band. you'd be surprised the difference a ml makes.</p></p>

was feeling like that too untill i got my second fill last thursday. really working for me now. can feel the weight falling off. i eat what i like really just cant eat much of it.

that actually sounds quite rude what the waiters were doing. I went for a mea last night with my parents, both finished before me but we were left alone till i had finished mine. Don't have take home boxes here either but i find if you hold your knife and fork the whole time they get the point your still eating. as for ordering a drink with my meal i always do.

Hi Dini, Yeah sandyford is grand, thanks for the comment on the bebo pics. Coco, I totally agree you should be able to get the band tightened sooner. I had my first fill nearly three months after surgery and won't be getting the next one for another 6 weeks. I'm trying really hard at the mo to loose the weight and feel like the weight is coming off slowly cause of me and not the band.
