hi omg!! i love the "new breasts" i know they are a replica but that is just the look i want! i am new to my journey (6 weeks) but I was a lightweight!! my bmi was 34. I have lost 26lbs and already my breasts are looking so sad and droopy so I know once I get to goal they will need uplifting!!!
did you have surgery in amsterdam and was it expensive? I am british but live in the US and the prices here vary from state to state. so Im very interested! I have subscribed to your blog so will love hearing how things are going!
congratulations!!!

I just want to clarify I by no means suggested you go against your surgeons advice, but I did check and he advised me to eat deli chicken if I felt shaky/faint. I don't agree with cheating AT ALL!! and I did follow the liquid diet, including the three day Clear Liquids. It is clear from this forum that every surgeons requirements are different so check and do as you are told! I hope I cleared that up and that I am not some "random lady telling you to cheat!!" sorry Laura ven if your comment was not directed at me!

I had some deli chicken, so I feel your pain, I did check with my surgeon as I was very shaky.. he said thin sliced chicken/turkey no fat at all and some salad (just a cup) it helped. keep going with the shakes they helped too. three days before I did the Clear liquids only and made sure I stuck to that.
good luck!!

sleeve master you are right!! i have just checked what my BMI would be at 125lbs and that is 23.5 so thats better I am small framed and 5ft 2. I agree I may change as I get closer to my goal, I would like to be a US size 6 which is a UK size 10. that would be perfect for me. I seem to be stalling a little at the moment but i am told that happens at 3 weeks? i am also transitioning onto pureed (which I am struggling with!) thank you Kat for asking this question! sleeve master.. i am interested what sort of higher calorie foods do you eat in order to maintain? thanks Rachel

im interested to know the answer to this too!! my BMI was 33.3 when i had surgery im now 30, and 3 weeks out. I idealy want to be around 22 or 125lb and like you are not wanting to be super skinny! iwas beginning to think about what i can do to maintain at that weight once i get there.. so I hope someone has an answer!
