im still hanging with ya. Just updating on Sparks ppl. I tried a new thing today. the stair stepper. I climed the Leaning tower of Pissa..tomorrow the Taj Maul!! lol..one day ill get to the Sears tower on the machine.

wow you ladies have been busy! Leslie: I am digging the new Avatar!! Bonnie: Dont forget i already checked and your pictures and told you how hot you are. Georgia: Just keep pushing it...keep on keeping on with it..try not to feel defected. repeating a week is very wise! your not JUST a pretty face lol. Last night i felt like i needed to try a long distance run so i did a 5 miles on the treadmill..i got to say its much more fun running long distance outside. I got to find a good compression shirt somewhere..my lose stuff is just flapping too much (yeah its gross) This morning after the elpetikill and a 20 min run i tried the stair stepper before swimming...i climed the leaning tower of pissa ! lol! i think it was like 400 steps. Tomorrow maybe ill move on the the Taj mahual. One day ill get to the Sears tower. THE SCALE: this is a HUGE battle for most ppl. I reasearched and found an awesome article..check it out if you have time. 4 Signs It's Time to Step Off the Scale it really will help with scale obsession.

I have tried LOADS of them. One that fits the bill is EAS The Edge. It actually tastes ok and i but it in premade boxes..you can get it in Walmart so no special ordering..its in the pharmacy normally in the diet section. Its 4 packs for about 4.79. The choc is good and i like the vanilla ok. But for 4.79 at least you can try it. 17g of protien low cal..low carb and it tastes pretty good. Another one ive noticed is Muscle Milk. High cal but now they started coming out with Muscle Milk Light..but i have only seen the light online.

Well there are diff lengths of Tri. I am doing Sprints right now which are the shortest. Typically 1/4 mile swim (about 16 laps of a big pool) 16-20 mile bike ride then a 5k run. Next there is Olypic lenght 1/2 mile swim, 27 mile bike ride, 10k run. Hoping to be up to that next year Then Iron Man : Long swim (maybe 2miles?) 90 mile bike and 27mile run!!! takes about 13-18 hours to finish!! YOu can also do half Iron mans!

good job on C25K!! thats what i used to get me starting on running. Now i am still super slow but i can run a 10k now if i have to :crying: I heart my new road bike but im still loving my mountain bike for trail riding. I want to find more group rides to go on. I saw one at in competetion sports in GB but you have to be there at 5.30 pm. We need one in TR/Manitowoc area.

good times!! the yanks on my shoes really speeded up my tranisitions this time. There are some bike events coming up around here road and mountain, then i have a couple of Duathlons coming up. No more tri's this year to do this year though. waaaaah.

Ok im updating you all. I finished another Triathlon this year. Here are my results: I had a blow out on my front tire with 3 miles to go but i rode it in flat anyway. Apart for that pretty good. My 5k time was 31:13 and i have done 5ks in 28 mins before but not after all that swiming and cycling. Thanks for all your support!!!!! Heres looking forward to the next one.
