GO JM!!!!!!!! I did week 2 workout 1 and i made it ok! Phew! My wife came with me this morning and she did week 1 so i think i insipred her a little. TJ: As far as the weight, I weight about 380!!!!! All scales say a little different on me but i finaly started registering on my weight Watchers scale. My other one is about 10lbs light. 380! and i can do it!. I did swim for about 2 months before getting up to this though. -

jm- I hear ya!. You know that Spin class instructor was way out of line for saying that! That was absoultly not professional at all! I dont like it when people make judgements like that without doing some research. Your right---lower weight and higher reps tones muscle. I wish they would keep out of it. Next time tell him you doing what you trained personal trainner had told you to do. Sorry you had a hard time! Tomorrow is another day. I am going to just give week 2 a shot tomorrow and see how i do. Dont be discouarged, we have all made a slip, just get back on it. -

So i did workout 3 of week 1 lastnight. Was a little bit easier than when i did the first one. Its weird how i always get a little nervous before i start it. My workout buddy JMCambra: I think we should both try and do week 2 next week! I would feel better knowing you are in there with me doing it! JM : Give it some thought and let me know, i will understand if u want to do week 1 again. __________________ -
Its because i work tech phone surrports and i know the product so well i can do anything while im on my hands free headset. But thanks Im just a big kid.

I love those chews...but........the fact that it says made by a woman for a woman on the box really wants to make me stop eating them! I think this is such bad adverstising....i keep thinking im going to grow breasts if i eat them......wait....ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

JM- yes my side and but ached some yesterday but there feeling much better today. Week one is pretty intense! I really like the program though. Dibaby- Sorry things are busy for you but i know youll be back at it soon. You hang in there. I hear you on the stress eating too. My second fill has made and good difference so far. You ladies always inspire me.

McGreen i weigh waaaaayyy more than you do to. I did work up to it by doing a couple of months swimming though. I just think 'i can do anything for just 20mins'. I thought it would be really hard on my joints but i actually am doing ok with it. -
Today : 35 mins weight lifting and 25 mins in the pool (had to get to a meeting. jm: I cant wait to do workout 3 of week 1. Tomorrow i have to go to a confrence but hopefully before or after it i can complete week 1. It really made a hugr difference this week. I had a big weight drop. My legs ached a little yesterday so today they are feeling fine again. I am hopeing i can do week 2 next week. Who would of thought a big guy like me could do the programe.

GO JM!!!!!!!!!!!! Im soooo proud of you!!!!!! Ok today, left to go to the y at 4.40am stopped for gas and couldnt get my car started, aHHHHHHHHH, i finaly got it fixed at 5.20am and didnt get to the Y till 5.30am. Did workout 2 week 1 of C25K and 25 mins in the pool as i was so short on time.....22 laps. Was frustratingn but heck..least i got in there.

JMCambra-- hey im so glad i could motivate you!!! I wasnt even trying. I sure know you have motivated me enough times in the past!! You go girl!!!!Im proud of you!!!I always keep an eye on what your up to. I did week 1 workout 2 this morning. Not to bad. Got really sweaty which is a good thing. Took a 25 min swim afterwards..would of liked to swim more but had to be at work. Legs are a little sore but nothing too bad, skin is a tiny bit tender on the inside of legs where the ol nuggets were slapping around---ouch. Tomorrow i will lift weights and swim again and do another run on Sat or Sun. Again---- GO JM!!!:clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2: -

Dibaby...i think we should start an office tips thread for us office peeps. I could use tips on food , i keep a 12lb dumbbell in my office now and curl it while on my hands fee headset. And i can cook a whole 3 course meal in our microwave now:)
