  1. :DOk Workout 2 week 2 done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOO hOooooooooooooo after i got done i swam for about 30 mins. I noticed that 2mins walking went by really quick and the 1.30 min went by slooooooowwwwww Walking at about 3.6mph and jogging at 4.7 or 5.0 mph. My wife ran at 4.4mph and believe me that was enough for her. Lets GO JM and LOSING!!!!!!!!!!!! and anyone else here. Get your butts moving!

  3. I sleep between 7am and 5pm everyday at my desk
  4. Meeg, I started with swimming, for me that was perfect. you wil burn waaaaay more calories than walking and its easy on your joints, tones you up . But i know its not for everyone. Now i C25K, swim and lift weights....and sleep in there somewhere too.

    Stef: yes MM is my better half....way better! JM: I know you work out , sorry bout the milky way thing, we all make mistakes i was trying to make you feel better about it. They have free soda and coffe here today as an audit reward...soda is not a problem for me to turn down but the have baby ruth Cappacinno for free!!! ahhhhhhhhhhh. And would SOMEONE please finish those cupcakes in the kitchen!!!!!!!

    Yeah we are real active. Except when JM eats a lot of milky ways (sorry JM) We normally post at least once a day. Unless your like me or JM and hang out here all day.

    Eating rice - why is this difficult?

    Yeah everyone is different. i have trouble with rice but my doc said not to avoid foods that i get full on REALLY quick as these are perfect for me. Bananas too--- who would of thought, i think its the sticky factor.

    Funny eating out moments...

    Hey good thread! Biggest problem we have is when they ask what to drink. We used to say water just to keep them happy but now we just say nothing thank you. o boy does that freak them out!. Last week the waitress said 'nothing? are you sure? you dont even want water?' If we get water sometimes we forget a drink a little by accident. ITs weird..only in the USA do HAVE to drink with your meal. In England we didnt worry about a drink with dinner unless it was wine.

  15. TOday is rest day even though im tempted to just do it everyday i dont want to burn out. So i did 50min in the pool instead. O, its official JM is a hottie.

    Office Worker tips.

    Wow thanks for being honest Chrisann. Ok here is a new one. As i have to be out the door at 4.30am to make it to the Y and then be at work at 7am i dont eat Breakfast at home. I found i can buy egg beaters (SouthWest is my fav) and heat them up in the microwave at work for a really good protien breakfast. All the Protein and none of the junk in eggs. When i get bored of that i heat up some oatmeal.

  19. aubrie. I got denied to after 6 months of jumping throgh hoops. this is NORMAL!!!! they do this the majority of the time. ITs like they try it just to see if it will make you give up. Talk to them and APPEAL APPEAL APPEAL. I appealed and 3 weeks later got approved!. DOnt give up on them, thats what they want you to do!!!! ask for denial reason. The one they gave me was not even valid i found out. DONT let them get away with it!!!!!

  21. Karen G --- WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!! Who would of thought WE'D all be jogging/running! JM---I fully expect you to go right into week 3 next week .... if you can handle it but i know your are competitive.

    Ok i got you all beat. I got banded at abotu 430 ish! Now im about 380 just 2.5 months out.
