    I think its probably just the Ansthesia wearing off but keep in contact with your Doc if it gets bad. Remember all kinds of crazy fluids have been put though your body.
  3. Well i did week 3 workout 1 last night! Phew, 3 mins runnning! I was nervous about going that long but i actually made it! I interested to see if JM is going to try week 3 this week ---YOU CAN DO IT!!!! . Im thinking...here is a freakin 375LBS man doing week 3! Holy smoke i didnt think that was possible.

    Not much time as im just going out the door....Yesterday (SAT) Weight lifting for 30 mins....C25K week 3 workout 1 (Phew!) and 1 hour swimming laps. Check in with you guys later ...KEEP IT UP Jm and Stefanie...I like hearing about your weight lifting addications!

    Yep...i have always raced radio control cars....there are tracks you can go to and do it....at one point i was even sponsered by a manufactuer...very expensive. There is World champs and i went to the euro champs once..still playing with toy cars

  11. the french thing is funny..i learned in England and now as i know french my company sends me to Montreal once a year.. Croissant is my fav....i love hearing Americans say that...and wht the heck is a Cresent roll?
  12. Hey anytime! Good for you!!!!!its hard sometimes but keep going..some days can be harder than others...if you have a really hard day at it take heart as the next one might be a breeze. Just think...in 2.5 months you are going to be able to jog 3 miles!!!! 3!!!! wow!!!! i cant wait. The last i did that was in high school and i still walked some of it and it was only 1x a week...soon ill be able to do that everyday!!!....YEAH BABY!!!!!!!!!! Get fired up......get excited....im still considering making a podcast just for us banders:)

    It really not JM...but i know how you feel. Got to look long term. I am so used to instant gratifacation in short term things. If you exercise for 3 weeks you could get anoyed that not much diff had been made as i want instant grat...but if i exercise for a whole year i am going to have huge results.. I learned the other day that i have to exercise my heart too...it turns out after the age of 40 our muscle starts to decline --and our heart is a muscle..i talked to a cardiac speaclist and he said if you dont exercise your heart muscle it will get weak and your are guaranted its going to fail early. so 30 min 3x a week is the absoulate min our heart needs to be exercised to keep it healthy.. Here is another.....did u know that ppl that exercise reg are Waaayyyyyy less likely to get any kind of cancer? they dont know why but the numbers just show it...

  15. Hey JM..Sorry to hear abbout the scale ..that does absoutley positively SUCK big time!!!!! I go though that too sometimes...and i know youve heard all the crap like..oh its ok your just gaining muscle...and oh its ok its a little platue...well screw all that it freakin sucks when the scale does not move. Espically whe your busting your arse to keep it moving. I not even going to encourage you....when the scale doesnt move its a nightmare for me..i know its going to happen again over and over again...just one of the things we have to deal with. Im glad you use some sanity by seeing how much losser your clothes are.
  16. I hear you! Its weird how some days are tighter than others.. This mirning im super tight. I normaly eat about 1/2 cup of egg beaters every morning about 9am and today i am really feeling it! Normally they go right though.
  17. O and just so you dont think im perfect (an easy asumption to make) ...i had 2 slices of Bar B Q chicken pizza last night for dinner...i still was under 1500 cals hopefully for the day....but we all make mistakes ....not exactly the dinner of a high perfomance runner (one day!)

  20. Ok even though i completed week 2 already i did it again today hopeing to be ready for week 3 next week. I am getting huge weight loss results with it although im combineing it with swimming and weight lifting. For example, since i have been using my more acurate scale in stead of my 10-15lbs light scale: Yesterday at 4am : 378.5 Today at 4am : 376.1! Woo hoo . I try hard not to weigh everyday and do 2 a week max but i couldnt help it this morning. Wow there were ALOT of deer around this morning...be careful driving in those wee hours people!!

  23. he i used to live in Delware for a while. I noticed they love to Wader instead of Water. I get razed alot being a British guy living in the Usa saying everything funny.
