Yeah that should be be really fantastic to find out those measurements. yeah ive been phot crazy lately, i get in those moods sometimes. Does any workout at lunch times? I have a drum lesson after work today so its going to be a REALLY long day. LEts go tonight JM!!!! i want to hear all about your week 3!!! i am going to be on it again in the morning. o what the heck heres one of my 2 dogs. O Buttercup...Sit!

Yeah Karen! YOu GO!!!!!!!!!! Dont worry about the speed. There is plenty of time for all that. Today was a day off for me.. i swam in the pool instead for an hour. OK for insperation i took this shot from outside the YMCA today after i left, looking out across Lake Michigan. (JM - Sorry you have to look at my post twice sometimes but i got buddies here and buddies in exercise too : ) ) -

Good thing Chim, we missed you round ere. Stef: If you sent im a dozen roses im gona be in the crap house! Today swam for 1hr 10mins. 64 laps. No C25K today and it felt like a day off exercise even though i still swam 1hr 10mins. Deer ran out in front of me AGAIN this morning at 440am! I am going to have to go a different way to the Y as its everyday now. I will go back to driving along the lake again. That way they can only come at me from one side...unless there swimming too! The Brownies...a woman on my office workers tips page gave me a really good tip. She siad just imagine that some one that made them didnt wash there hands after going potti or they snezed on them or wiped there nose or something. Actually worked pretty good for me.

Ok for my exercise buddies here is a repost of my C25K Week 3 workout 3…..1 minute in….ok I can do this not far to go only 20 min’s or so. Just think in only a couple of months ill be running 5K! Wait what is 5k anyway? …….5min in ….ok I’m feeling good now I got to start running for 90 seconds……25 seconds into first run ……OMG is it over yet ??????? HOW much longer? My CD player keeps skipping, oh to have an MP3 Player......start of 3 min run….o crap, I’m going to die, they are going to have to scrap me off the treadmill floor………end of 3 min run….am I dead? Is this heaven? It can’t be heaven because it HURTS so much.......second 90 second run …its time to run again already? There must be something wrong with this darn machine, it can’t keep time right…..start of last 3 min run…o thank God it will be over soon, I can not wait for it to be over I’m going to have a huge drink from the store o and they have really good donuts there, ah crap that why I’m stuck here in the first place. Almost at end of last 3 min run…what’s my heart rate? 200bpm? I HAVE to be dying by now. Both my lungs have popped, my nipples are about to fall off. I hate all the skinny people just running along like its nothing. I hope JmCambra is moving on to week 3 and suffering as bad as I am J Run over….o my gosh it’s over…and I’m still ALIVE! I can’t believe it! Soooo glad its over…..er….wait I got to do it again in 2 days ahhhhhhhhh. Disclaimer: Ok so this is a little overdramatized for effect but I just wrote it for fun. It’s really a good program

I get up at 4am to hit the Ymca at 5am and then finish at 6.20 change for work there and get to work at 7am. If i dont do it in the mornings it will not get done as i have 3 daughters waiting for me when i get home. I HAVE to make sure im on bed about 9pm at the latest though and that sucks. Pretty much daily.

It was family swim time so my daughter was allowed in the hot tub (her fav thing..shes 6!) and she would not stop staring at this crazy lady...i had to tell her 'honey its not polite to stare at ppl'....i wanted to say 'honey its not polite to stare at crazy arse ppl' .... if only i had my camera phone with me..

Gosh its getting tricky to get to the Y. This morning i nearly hit 3 deer and then there was a possom in the road playing possom. Its like an asualt course.

Stef---even more funny is if you can imagine, she sat in the corner with her back on one wall and hooked both legs over the side wall..very weird. Today-- weight trained 30 mins...C25K Week 3 wo 3....Swam about 20 mins. Oh here is my work kitchen this morning...

Yes im treamilling it for now. Today Week 3 workout 3. OK so im REALLY a bad rule follower. I did week 3 on Sta, Sun and Today (Mon) I figure i am going to do week 3 at least 2 or 3 more times this week before week 4 next week. -

I did week 3 workout 2 today. The 3 min run did freak me out the first time on sat but once you have done it once your ok. i just stared straight ahead rather than stare and the seconds going oh so slowy -
Hey JM! Glad your doing better!!! I did Week 3 workout 2 today and then played in the pool with my daughters for a while. There are some WEIRD ppl at the y sometimes. This one lady got in the hot tub with reg shorts and a tee shirt, she safety pinned the t shirt to her shorts and she used swimming googles to sit in the hot tub!
