    Yeah i remeber when i was 18 and i did 6 sets of squats with about250 on there. I felt great that day! but for the next three day i could hardly walk! Ben Gay city! Next time it wont be so bad.

    Stef ...they were Egg Beaters...They have lots of flavors now..SouthWestern...chesse and chive...Garden something..awesome Protein and i can hardly tell the diff. Wow November! Can u believe it! Today C25k Week 3 workout 4, Swim just 10 mins to cool down and 30 mins weight lifting. O and 10 mins in hot tub:)
  7. Ok i get to start the new thread today. For Oct. i am comitted to exercise everday. Also for Oct i made my goal to eat NO junk food no matter how little. I can eat 1 slice of pizza for a meal but i shouldnt being eating pizza anyway.

  12. O i nearly forgot!! Today Week 3 workout 4? And then i swam for 30 mins. O i get to walk around the neighbours with my little one tonight to. That should count for something...hmm maybe my 6 and 7 yr old want to run for 3 min and walk for 3 min while we collect candy!
  13. Way to GO Lady!!!!!!! i was going to get one of those body buggs and then i realized i barley had enough money for lunch that day I saw all those guys on big loser wearing them. Im really not too fond of that show. There always flipping crying.
  14. Yep im out of my little brain! Next week i have to travel so i dont know what the local Y's and hotel treamdmills are going to be like. Good looking calves eh? well lets see the picture!

    Good job stefanie! You Go! Stefzengger is going to be your new name soon O its 4:18am and im being a baby about going to do week 3 again , waaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh. I better just get on with it.
  17. o and there is 9 bags of fun size candy downstairs for trick or treat (we get about 200 kids!) As long as i dont go near them ill be ok. Going to be hard going to work in the morning climbing out the window and down the drain pipe! Week 3 workout 4 coming up tomorrow morning.
  18. GO JM! I rushed home to see how you made out. I know week 3 really steps it up. I did it Sat Sun and Mon. Im going to do it tomorrow and hopefully twice more this week. Way to go for hanging in there!!! I knew you could do it!!! Kay- Thanks ! I like to post funny photos as we go along to keep it interesting! I kept my Cals to under 1000 today man was that hard!!
