    November Exercise!

    ok you asked for it, here is a pic i took last week on a buisness trip in West Viginia.
  2. Karen---i HEAR YOU! ....i get that way too. im going for my 3rd fill tomorrow. My wife (banded also) said it took her to her 4th fill and EVERYTHING changed. the first 3 minths she had a hard time losing. After the right fill its FALLING off now. Hang in there. It takes a while to get there but keep exercisg the whole time. i feel like i have been same weight for 3 weeks now. Its really hard to tell. i count my belt loops. That helps. Have to get a new belt soon!....hmm hom about one of the glittery silver ones...look good with my buisness clothes.

    What the heck? where did everyone go????????? Better get your butts back in here in start exerciseing. I know you probably had party weekends....well its BACK TO WORK! lol Today (Mon) swam 1 hour. Hot tub 15 mins mmmmmm
  4. ok..i was exremely nervous starting week 4 today. I got though it ok!! I can tell i have come along way in 4 weeks (did week 3 twice). 5 mins is a long time to jog but slowing it down REALLY helped. I figure i can pick up the speed much later on.
  5. When i started i was walking 3.6 and jog 4.8. Did that for 3 weeks and killed my knees! way to fast. I thought i was going to have to give it all up. Found if i walk 3.5 and jog 4.4 i could get thorugh it and i would be able to walk the next day.
  6. My gosh week 4 looks crazy. Well i am going to give it a shot today.

    Where is everyone from?

    Man i just got back from my WV tour from work. We did Huntington, Beckely, Tridelphia (that Cabela's place was great!) then Hurricane and i drove back to Columbus OH for my flight. I was thinking it would be really cool to meet a bander!
  10. o I nearly forgot...Friday i did week 3 last workout. Second week i did week 3. I think i am going to attempt week 4. As far as the speed thing goes...FORGET IT! i was running at 4.8mph i was suffering in the knees so i slowed it down to 4.4mph and 3.5 walk and it REALLY helped. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    JM i hear you about the overtime . dont panic you will be able to work on it. You what i hear you about the running thing! Keep it up! I am about 2 years away from being anywhere near to a runner but it does really appeal to me! Ok today : Well last night i took wife and girls to Wisconsin Dells which has huge indoor water parks. All night friday and all day sat we ran up stairs to tube slides and jumped around in the huge wave pool for hours. Thats gota count for something!

    :whoo::whoo::whoo::whoo::whoo: Heyyyyy! Now i feel honoured!!! sitting in the airport wainting 3 hours to get a flight home and i read this! How good does that make me feel? Yeaaaaaaaaaah, im the man...its my birthday...its my birthday...gona party like its my birthday........ I cant wait for this buisness trip to be over.

  16. ok ppl. im in the airport waiting to go home on a Thursday night. Last night i did week 3 i think its like workout7 for me or something. nothing today (way too crazy) and im hopeing to hit the YMCA tomorrw again as i havnt weight trainied since sat. You know...all this time to waste in the airport..someone should put a gym in here with some showers:) JM Keep it up. I am realling going to try to move on to week 4 next week but week 3 its still killing me!

You did good lady!!! i had to quit b4 and i felt like a loser too cas of my knee. just get right back at it...i think with us being so new this is going to happen sometimes! dont worry about it Miss Cambra!!! you keep at it...your very insperational for me!!! I will be home all day Friday (thank goddness) so im going to probablydo workout 2 then and workout 3 on sat.
  20. HEY! You have been missing me!! Thats so nice ! I been crazy busy on the road. JM i am repeating week 3 this week. did it on Monday Morning and i will try to fit it twice more this week , my knee has been much better. Hey did u see a British woman won the NYC marathon! im so proud! I MISS YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep it my ladies!!!!

    hey guys.. on the road again...managed to do week 3 workout 1 of c25k in my hotel and did some swimming too. Crazy with my schedule at the mo and this hotel gym SUCKS! so i am going to skip today. (the pool here is worryingly green too)

  23. Ok you gota help me out here a little im freakin out a bit. I made it to the Y. Me knee was a little achey. I did my weight training bit. I started my 5 min brisky on the treadmill. Knee hurting a bit. Then i tried to jog and youchy!!! Both knees were hurting waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. So i stopped and just rode on the bike instead. Im very dissapointed as now i thinking i wont be able to run till im much lighter. Maybe give it a few days off the treadmill and they will feel better. I can still swim and weight lift but i really wanted to buid up to running. I think i may just be too heavy for this? Wheres Jachut ??

    aw thanks, Well i made it to the Y tonight! 45 mins weight lifting. Then bycing woo hoo! then swimming. No C25K See the other thread on C25k to find out why........o the anticipation! p.s. (I LOVE MY MP3 PLAYER)
