  1. im just waiting to get through this day and then im off all next week!!! O and one of my customers sent me a HUGE honey glazed sliced Ham to my house...with my band i could live of that for 6 months!

    What are your problem foods?

    You know. I too have had problems with certain foods and i was thinking 'o ill just not eat that anymore' But my doc told me, actually DONT avoid that food. It you eat a small amount of it and dont get stuck that food will stay with you for a long time. So i tried it and he is right. Example: Eat some fried rice and it got stuck bad. Tried it again few weeks later (Much smaller quantity) and i got full quick on it but it didnt get stuck. THis is not a food i should just AVOID at all costs. Of course i should avoid foods that are bad for me. (Funny how candy NEVER gets stuck)

    Sue, 4.9cc? Are you sure on that? i am asumming you have a 10cc band but my do said he either puts in 1 cc or 0.5cc. Anything below 0.5cc is to hard to measure. MY doc does not use flouro as he knows exactly where he put my port and he feels it with the needle (no pain btw) I really doubt you got 4.9 but it is important you know how much is in there and what size u have incase there is ever an emergency. To help him he is going to want to know if you can swallow dry meats like chicken so dont drink Soup and liquids all the time. ITs is absouletly normal to not get your good restriction untill 4th or 5th fill on average. You dont want over fill as it causes errosion. My surgeon/doc has done 150 bands now only proble he ever had out of all that is just one lady had hers slip a little but not a major slip.

    Yeah there is no way i am ever sitting on those seats. Its mainly the older guys. Something happens when you get older i think. You just are more comftable being neccked for some reason. Least they keep their teeth on!

    Its weird enough when a woman is in the hot tub with swim googles and her clothes on ...the last thing i need as naked men watching Opera They have this weekly weigh in program going on till after Christmas there but i think i wont fit on there scales! But i may be able to win a tee shirt out of it. Hey i just noticed Lowes is not selling Christmas Trees this year its 'Family' Trees. And Santa is not allowed to say Ho ho ho its ha ha ha so he doesnt offend some ladies. OH Boy!

    How much lost in 3 months???

    Lost 65 lbs in 3 months but i know its going to sloowwww way down from here. Last month i lost 12lbs. Try to exercise about 1 hour a day. Swim , weightlift or walk/jog.
  22. yeah im a geek. in a year or so i want to be able to look back at the numbers. My idea of a great day would be playing Madden online all day on Xbox live.
