Hang in there! I feel your pain! Dont risk a run. You could be in for months of recovery if you do instead of just a few days. Next time you run you need to be covered in bubble wrap.

No way, this is SUPER FAR!!! Thats a huge acomplishment!!!! Way to go!!! FANTASTIC!!!!! I mean it!!! That really ROCKS!!! I think its fantastic! I got to organize my yearly trip to Montreal to..you just reminded me.

Is it like the one he got on the movie 'Run Fat Boy Run' You HAVE to see that movie if you have not already. Youll love the blister part. I could use a trainer like his too! He basicaly rides alongside of him on a Moped hitting him with a frying pan if he goes too slow. I got to get to that half Marthon distance too. I made it 10 miles a few times. But i know i need to do 13 for the Half Iron Man.

Yep your right. No running for me yesterday. I spent the whole day driving. Yuck. I had to drive down to Chicago spend 1.5hrs there and drive back. I left at 8am and got back at 6.45pm. I cut back my running a little. My swimming and cycling is suffering and i i really should be in heavy triaining for Triathlon season which is coming right up. So yesterday i lifted weights and cycled. I am sooo competetive it gets the better off me. I was starting to not like running. And thats no good. So i am going back to my Triathlon plan of running every other day. and cycling/swimming and weight lifting the other days. Keeping up with Renewed is MURDER!

I finaly got cycle shoes. Having fun with them in my spin class. Cant wait to try them out side. -2F in WI though

Nice bike btw!!! I finally bought some cycling shoes that im using in spin class. Love them. Cant wait to get some pedals and try them outside. All kinds of new muscles aching.

I got an indoor Tri coming up Feb 22nd. Still playing with the idea of a half Marathon. I did make it to 10miles on the treadmill in 1hr 45mins.

Haha. I love it Renewed! I glad your all after me!! I dont think i could be everyone here though! I was late getting to the Y this morning, i had a 5:45am spin class so i could only run from 5:20-5:45 so i made it count and ran as fast as i could because i knew you would be after me.
