    November Exercise!

    Wow! 3000 mins! THats like 1.66 hours every day for 30 days in November! Holy cow. Good job! Poor Stef!!!! Man your that sick and you still went to lift weights!!! What the heck is wrong with us! Hope you feel better. I hereby give you permission to do nothing all weekend but wrap up in blankets and drink soup! Now make it happen hottie!
  2. you go sweethot! I think that 20 min run was a milestone for me. now im doing the 25 min runs no prooblem. Congrats on doing the twenty!

    Good advice Jack. I found that i too when i think im hungry just say. ok im going to drink this bottle of water and if im still hungry i will eat. And most of the time find out im not hungry. Dang!

    DOnt WORRY! Best thing i ever did! Believe me i had many fears and worries before surgery as i had NEVER stayed overnight in a hospital even. It was a piece of cake! Recovery felt like i had done a million situps. Im am nearly 4 onths out now. nearly 80 ponds gone! !!!! Get it in your head that you are going to have to exercise for the rest of your life! I go just about everyday and thats made the biggest differnce for me. Look at joining a gym. I think of it like..well i have to go to work so i just think...well i have to exercise its not an option. I was fat my whole life. At 24 you have a good chance your skin will not get too saggy. Give it time though. Even at your goal weight it can take a year after that for your skin to catch up. Now you might never have 6 pack abs but you will be HEALTHY. I been doing a running programe and im up to 2 miles every other day! @ miles! me! Never would of belived it!! I swim and lift weights too.
  5. Thnaks! Froze my butt off taking those! Its weird to think i ran 2miles this morning and swam 1/2 mile and i feel fine!

    Thanks for clearing that up Stef! In England we spell thing different like Colour and Labour, so every time i make a mistake i just say 'o thats how we spell it in England' which is total BS. Swam 25 mins, Ran for 25mins, walked briskly for 5 mins. Sat in hot tub for 10 mins (ooooooohhhh yeaaaahhhh baby).

  8. Week 7 workout 1. 25 min runs all this week. Karen its really not to bad now! i actually enjoy it. That IS sick!

  11. sweet! thaks! youll do fine! Its actually nice not worrying about keep having to stop. I did the same thing as you! At first i was running at 4.8mph and i killed my knees and shins. Thought i was going to have to quit. Then i slowed it to 4.4 and so much better. I have got it up to 4.5 now but unitil you can do 5k dont dont go to fast. You are going to feel so proud when you complete that 20mins!

    Last night putting up the Christmas lights with my 7year old Daughter as my helper (seems she was more interested pretending the flashlight was a microphone and singing to the cars going by) She started calling me cheef! Where did that come from?

    30 GB Zune any good?

    Well black Friday sales are on and im looking for a new MP3. I see Office Max has a 30GB Zune for $99. i know there are surposed to be Zune2 soon . i see some online for $99 too. I really dont want to use it for videos, just working out. But the 30GB is appealing. I had a REALLY nice little Sansa Clip 1GB but it was soooo small i lost it with in 2 weeks! Ahhhhhh. Well i guess someone is enjoying it. Views welcome.

  21. Even when your eating right the pantry still affects your health! Sorry losin Ok Week 6 Workout 3 25min run. (I hate the word Jog) I actually enjoyed it, it was a rush doing it today. I had read about ppl really enjoying running but i never thought it would happen to me. I had a great time with it today! Weird! Here is the pic 5min warm up walk was good for about 0.25 miles so on here i actually ran for a full 2 miles! Run was 4.5mph (felt i could go quicker but dont want to overdo it). Walk was 3.6-4.0.

    Go Steff! Nice new picture!! Today did Week ^ last workout of C25k 25 mins jogging. This was the actual first time in enjoyed running today! I didnt think i was ever going to enjoy it but it finally happened. Swam 25mins in the pool.

    mmmm mmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmm chicken and spinach. dont get better than that. I just froze my a$$ off putting lights on the outside of the house. I only do it for my kids. O im gona be such a humbug when they have all left the house.
