    December Exercise

    Hey thanks JM! I got a long way to go but its a great start. If i can squeese out 10 pounds a month i would be hugely greatful! Traveling and exercise is really tuff. Ill be here all week next week and on the road again the week after. Ah well. Hang in there guys.

    O yeah. Dec 6th was 4 months post band and .................80lbs gone in 4 months! Yeaaaaaaaah baby. 80 pounds ill never have to carry around again.
  3. GO Sweet HOt. I am sick like a dog with a sinus infection. I still managed to do week 8 workout 2 yesterdaay. 28min run. Dec 6th was my 4 month post band and..........80lbs gone! yahhhh.

    December Exercise

    O Gosh im sick as a dog. Sinus infection i think. Nice big green things coimng out of every where. As im poorly i cut it back to exerciseing every other day. Yesterday i ran two miles plus a 5 min walk warm up. Lifted weights for 45mins and swam for 20mins. O gosh the hot tub felt good. Glad to see you really going at it Stef. Wish i had a workout partner. Maybe one day. Well my kids want to swim at the Ymca today so maybe ill end up at the gym anyway. I saw my doc and her wrote my up some kind of penciilan. Its frustrating he NEVER remembers i have a band. At the pharmacy they give the the biggest pills i have ever seen! Ahhhhhh.

    November Exercise!

    Ran 2 miles yesterday! I cant wait to lift weights again on Friday. Skipped the Ballys and worked out at the hotel as they have a pool i can swim in after and Ballys was a dry facility. I thought about finding the local Y and using my away thing but local guys told me if i go down there 'expect to get a cap in your a##!' So i skipped it:) Still got a sore throat like crazy, might see my doc for a little of the pencillian tomorrow. Good job Stef! Keep going! Work those muscles! So many woman i talk to are afraid to lift weights thinking they will get all bulky and it just doesnt happen with women. They are just not made that way (unless you take ALOT of steroids) You are going to look super hot!!

    Stef...good..now im sick like a dog! i had classes to give from 8am till 4pm and i have no voice left for classes tomorrow . Jess....I had Skyline Chille for lunch today (Ohio thing)

    Jess, Yes i do the couch to 5k. im on week 7. 25 min runs. i also lift weights and do some swimming in between. On the road this week as you know. Hard to get all the exercise in but im keeping up with my C25K
  12. Just finished week 7 today. Third 25min run (about 2 miles) Im on the road so i had to do it at my hotel. I think i will try the Bally fittness across the street tomorrow, Heres my home for the week.

    im safe Di. On the road in Cincinnati. Worked out in the hotel gym today. Tomorrow im going to use Bally Fittness across the street. Anyone been to a Bally? Ran 2m miles Swam a bit. On the road again....
  16. You go Sweet!!! yesterday i did my second 25 min run. Er..week 7? i will have to look. Got to fly today but i made sure my hotel as a treadmill and if thats no good there is a Bally Fitness across the street from it that i can enter for $15 a day (company will pick up that expense!).

    Wow we got a crazy snow storm tonight. 4-8 inches coming down. I strill braved it and made it to the YMCA. 20 mins swiming 25mins running 10 mins walking. Got a flight tomorrow hope its still on.

    Two leftS!!!!Lol I nearly fell of my chair You gotta do the right thing with the poor guy. Hes probably in love with you by now! its just gona get worse. Poor Fella! 3.2 in 2 weeks is really good! the fact it was in thanksgiving week! wOW!
  19. YEp go us! I had an interview at lunch time from a health magazine doing and article on lapband featuring me and my wife! They took pictures and everything. THey are going to send me a copy when it gets printed.
