    sweethot ...thats pretty much what i run now. 35 mins i make about 2.60 or so. I did try 5k and it took 41mins total but i walked 7 mins of it.

    Thanks!!!!!! Hes804! I felt the same way at the start....You can do this! I am not going to say 'if i can do it anyone can do it'....i hate that line...you dont know ppls circumstances... But dont feel like you to big to lose a lot of weight fast! Im no hero...just a regular guy..

    Couch to 5K

    Thanks guys! I really want people to see how even guys like me with high weights can do this thing! Keep things fresh and dont get bored. Chane song line ups on your mp3 once a week...do other exercises in the gym...swim if you can...take a class....just dont let yourself get bored. Buy new workout clothes sometimes if you can. Now im no hero....dont think i dont struggle etting up at 4am to get over there. I cant even think about it at that time in the morning. Just get up out of bed and go from there...then i think just get to the gym thats all...by the time im at the gym im ready to go... I always pack up bag the night before to ...this is a huge help...i dont do well looking for socks at 4am. Im luck enough to have a locker at the y with a combo so i keep all my shower stuff there on purpose. If i dont go to the gym im sure gona be stinky at work.

    Ok...Right now it really does not matter. YOu need to go really SLOW...when you start...i learnt that the hard way. Its all about building up you muscles and joints at this point but you will lose weight to. Right now i walk about 3.5mph and then i run anywhere from 4.4mph to 4.7mph but dont go crazy! Just as long as your jogging it doesnt matter what speed it is right now. YOu can worry about that much later. Your doing great! Your speeds sound fine. Just keep at it and make sure you rest inbetween runs...thats super important! You could swim or lift weights on your rest days if you want...thats what i did. Keep going colton just keep moving.

    Today is a victory day for me! Today is 5 months to the day when i had lap banding and i was 440lbs. Today i hit exactly 340! Long way to go for me but im getting there.

    Good for you Paragirl! The programm is fantastic! I went though the whole thing. Its awesome. If you or anyone else need any advice i will help any i can.

    Thanks...Yeah i live and worked hard in London untill i was 22. I miss it bad. im really a city boy living in Wisconsin! When i got to New York City it reminfd me of it. I go back every two years or so. Hey i did 1hr 10 on the bike today! woot.

    Lol Cindi! Well i worked my butt off yesterday at the Y and today i finaly hit the 100! 5 months gone. I find if i workout hard i can hit about 4 pounds a week now.

    TexGirly: Sorry to hear about you loss. Ok Today i reached 100lbs in 5 months! Long way to go but thats a big chunk. I can lose about 4 lbs a week if i keep up my exersise now.

    January Exercise - HAPPY NEW YEAR! :)

    Stef: 38 miles DANG! I gona start calling you Stef Armstrong:) Today is a big day for me. Officially its been 5 months since surgery today and yesterday i was 1 pound shy of losing 100. Today i hit it! I am 100 pounds down since Aug 6th 2007. This is not to show off but encourage people. Alot of it has to do with you guys encouragement!
