I get this too when ive been over running. Just taking a day or two off, cures it! Its VERY important to rest. When your hurting like this you tend to change your stride or the way you stand without even noticing you are, and it can lead to INJURY because your not in good form!!! So rest is a MUST.

6 miles last night Weight lifting and spin class this morning Jachut -- sounds like Bikini Weather! For Americans 40c = 104F (its the Bristish coming out in me) You could come to Wisconsin..Its -40F which is -40C (thats when the two scales cross over)

Alrighty. For the team challenge i sent the invites. Looks like this: Georgia & Whosya MacMadame & Renewed ThatDEGirl, Kathy Bad and Salsa I sent them out today. It was kinda weird how they went out so if you dont get an invite let me know asap. I did wwith your user names (except Georgia) and if it doesnt work i am going to have to send the invite with your email. I noticed some of you didnt join LBT Frost feeling so i sent then one out again too. Contact me asap if you didnt get you invite. I set up an extra team too if anyone else wants to join.

look for between 8-12 reps 3 to 4 sets 30 second breaks at least 2 diff type of exercise per muscle eg..free weights and machines..mix it up

Hi guys. Renewed: Lifting weight is SOOOO GOOD for women!!! I wish more were not afraid of it. And you will not bulk up unless your injecting steriods! Cross training is very important. Took the day off running today ( weights and swim day) Flying back to -10F on Friday (Booo) 70F today in Cali.

You need to rest!!! i got up to 10 miles run training for the half marathon and it takes its toll. .....rest.... Im not saying that to beat you...
