    I started exersing about 2-3 days post op just walking some. not much..then about 2 weeks after i started swimming everyday as soon as my scares were 'dry' GO Tex Go tex

    Jess i soooooooo hear you on this point... I too am getting a little impatient for this weight to be gone! I feel like a fit person now but im carrying around all this weight. 3 pounds a week is a heck of alot every week. Its so hard to be patient at this point. I want to lose 10 a week! and thats just crazy dangerous i know. Just keep going. The way i see it i may make goal by Summer of 09. That sounds so far away but i know everyday will be a little less of me. O the Exersise: Friday : 35 min run (5k) 10 min walk..and 15 min swim...then i feel asleep in the hot tub :closedeyes:and was nearly late for work :tongue2:

    Hey thanks Wombat! Good for you going to the gym!!!! WOw i wish my work had a free gym! Is it nice in there? does it get busy? No feakin way im running outside here! It was -30f last week! Its soo good you wont give up! YOur a fighter! YOu Go!

Right now if your reading this your prolly a little sore but it will get better. I really like that bike and im am not a Harley fan at all (even though i live nr Milwaukee!)     TEX: Aww thats nice to hear! Im gona have to start posting crazy pictures again soon. Yesterday was my 6month bandaversary. I never would of thought i could lose over 100 in 6 months. Saw the doc yesterday and im his shinny apple now. No fill needed this time! Yaaaaah. All the ladies there reconized me as i was in the cover of a health magazine recently. WOw...i felt like a celeb! I drank 3 liters of water yesterday and i peed and peed and peed some more. But my snacking was way better with all that water. I ran 30 mins today as i wanted to get into the spin class that lasts 45mins. so 5.10-5.40 run and 5.45 - 6.30 spin class. Still 5 mins late for work.

    WOW Jess you at you new hottie photo! YOu face is sooooo much thinner than it was (cant see the rest of your bod)... Thanks for all the compliments! Im switching scales as mine is so goofy lately. They have a med one at the gym with weights on it. MY docs scale is 10lbs heavy compared to it but im wearing all my clothes at his office. in 3 days it said i lost 2.5 lbs so im going with that one:) Keep up all your hard work Jess!! Angel good to see you back at it and hitting it hard. Yeah i really didnt think i could lose over 100 in 6 months.

    WOW Salsa!!!!!!!!!!! Good job!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats amazing you did a mile today!!! Im proud of u. Today i did 30 mins running and 45 min spin class. Still 5 mins late to work ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

    Awwww thanks Brandy!!! I really apperciate that. Although i got nothing on STEFF... I know when i run alot too it gets a little sore in the port area but i think thats pretty normal. I feel SUPERWEIRD right now as i have to go to the gym tonight rather than my usual morning routine. ANGEL : was super crazy on exersise too but shes is recovering right now...just watch her take off in the next few months.

    Luluc!! LOl you sound hilarious. TXGirl: Ahhh as long as your doing something im proud of ya! When i first started dong the program my legs would ache sometimes my ankles a little bit but now....nothing! im so amazed at that! I ran 5 miles now and i feel just fine afterwards! I not trying to show off i just want to encourage you. YOu keep it up! Even if u have to do week 1 for 5 weeks keep going!

    Val i just increased my Water and that seems to help. I got a 3litre bottle at my desk now i try to go through everyday. Helps me not snack too.

    Lol Jess is the ZUMBA queen! ITs a dance that combines cardio with salsa dancing. Jess is an expert at it.

    REDGIRL: I got to say this...Couch to 5K program would be perfect for you! Find it on Coolrunnings.com or thread for it on here. I started it in Oct 07 at 360lbs!!! and now i can run 5 miles a week 4 times a week no problem.

    Pretty much as soon as your incisions are 'dry' and healed over. I started back after 3 weeks.
