    Ok i got one.. I have been slowing working my running up since October and Sat i ran a 10k!!! Im gone from 60 inch paints to 46 inch pants in 6 months!

    yeah my spin class has clipless pedals i want to get shoes for. I had no idea they were all different. i though it was a standard clip? is this right? should and clipless shoe work?

    February Exercise Challenge

    Did a 25min run today with a 45min spin class. I think im going to do 5 days of this this week just to mix things up...although ill miss the swimming..(and the hot tub)

    Yes !!!! Yesterday was a huge day for me. I ran my first 10K! then did 20 mins of swimming.

    whoops sorry about the footrub! Yeah you were my first big supporter!! Thanks Karey!!!! No Gym today :eek: I stayed home from Church cas it was so freakin cold!!! -30F something! And my wife came home from her weekend and said 'ooooooohhh too cold for Church...Too cold for the gym!' dang it! Like im playing hookie from school!

    Probably October or Nov so a way off yet. I was just there in December. Im going to Cleveland the week after this one. Then Toledo. Ohio is a big terrotry for me. I already Did Cincinnati so wont be back there till Dec im thinking. But sometimes i get a week to travel here and there in the summer so maybe sooner.

    Karen! Glad to hear your doing ok! Gosh i dream of living somewhere down there now. THis Wisconsin thing is getting old after two years. I had to move hear for the company i work for. They relocate ppl sometimes and i am flippin praying for somewhere down south now! This -30F crap isnt fun. My Suzuki M50 is beggin to be riddin. Im thinking of trading it in for a GSX650F, Yamaha FZ1 or FZ6 or a Ninja 650. I really am more of a sport bike guy (Its the British in me) Oh how i would love a Truimph! But always felt im way to overweight for that type of stuff....well not for flippin long! Today was a huge milestone for me.... ive been trainning for months and today i ran my first 10K (6.2 miles roughly) didnt stop either.

    Lol I just heart JUlie! yep 80mins total time...5 min warm up walking and then bout 3 mins walk at the end cool down so i would have cardic failure when stopping. I am just totally SHOCKED i did it. Not even THAT bad. I Swam afterwards but i feel fine right now. I will cycle tomorrow and give the feet a rest....wait hmmm

    Glad your better Stranger!!!! Ok big day for me!!! I ran a 10K! Roughly 75mins non stop running and a 5 min warm up. Than swam 20mins to cool down. :thumbdown:!!!! For encouargement..... 320LBS! 10K completed!

    OK Today was a BIG gym day for me.....I RAN 10K!!!! Roughly i did 6.4 miles just to make sure. Took me 80mins about 75 of it running has i had a 5 min warm up walk. 10K!!! Then swam for 20 mins.

    Yeah thanks! Im pretty confident ill get there by summer 09. I cant wait for the SUMMER . New motorbike here i come. And i am going to cycle my ass off on the lake! Sat is Spin Class Double header! One at 7.15-8.00 and one at 8.15-9.00am i think im going to try it. Trouble is how bored are my girls going to get playin at the Y for 2 hrs?

    oohhh thanks for the update Mindy! Yeah if you cant keep water down your really in trouble. My Doc always makes me drink a cup full right after a fill, i wonder if they did that with her?

    So i come in here for my daily dose of Babygrl and Julie show and holy CRAP Babygrl you look amazing!!!! WOW ! YOuve done soooooooo well!!!! I am dreaming of one day getting to my goal weight. Right now im fighting for the 299 mark. But heck its better than 440! WAY TO GO BG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Wow Week 6!!!!!! YOur doing awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOur really into it now!!!! IM proud of you!!! DO NOT WORRY about 4.3mph! I did pretty much the whole programme on 4.4mph. You can add speed later 4.3 is really good! I can do about 5.0mph for 45 mins now and sometimes 5.3 But keep it slow lady!!! Yeah give your fill a few days to calm down. I have to sip water in the mornings but by late afternoon i can get water down just fine.
