    Yeah but the summers up here are 75f so i struggle through the winter for the amazing summer weather.

    March Exercise Challenge

    MY Goodness Stef is hitting it hard again...and exercisng alot too:) YOu guys ROCK. Today i went back to weight lifting as part of my scheme. I was adding extra cardio and less muscle but it seems i lose more weight when i do even cardio and weight trainning. I think its because it takes alot of cals to repair those sore muscles. So this morning i did 45mins of weights and 45 mins of Spin Class. Next week im on the road again in Ohio but it wont stop me hitting it...or exercising.

    wow lessness you make my treadmill work sound wimpy. i got 5 min at 3.8 walk to warm up and then 5.0- 5.6mph tops. and im collapsing after 45 mins of that. My port also hurts if i go to fast for too long. But no doube Dee's bouncing on them. just man moobs.

    I dont 'come' from Packer Country..i just staying a while :sneaky: I come from Arsenal, Tottenham, Chelasea, West Ham country. ( work that one out) ANd yes your right though....i do suck.

    Cerrrin....im about 328 right now and hoping to hit lower before i ride outdoors. I have a really strong Mountain Bike that i ride ok but i guess it would depend on the bike your going to ride. I use all the bikes at the gym right now and do a spin class at least 3x a weektrying to get more weight off. I wouldnt know how to awnser your question as i dont know what kind of bike it is.
