I thought you only had to worry about that if your protein was to low and you were not moving enough? The nutritionist says one thing and the Md says another. They really should coordinate their information ! Sheese!
My surgeon is concerned this is a little to fast. I don't see the issue, I have transitioned to mostly soft solid food, take all my supplements, and get 75-85g of protein a day. What am I guilty of? Being to active?
