Mike, I feel you. My husband of 31 yrs is still buying hostess pies, candy you name it. He gets mad when I don't want to shop with him. The junk is in our pantry. Sometimes I might bite a piece of chocolate. His doctor days he needs to quit eating as if he is a teenager. We usually fix 2 separate meals. I need support from him but it feels like an uphill climb. -

I'm at a stall over a month:-(. I'm back to 2 protein drinks and a meal. 5 months out. Loss a total of 63 since pre op. Happy about that:-) -

Jenn. I'm stuck too. I lost 40 pounds since surgery and 20 before. But for a month now nothing. I joined a gym and went once. I need gym clothes. Serious. My clothes are too big and it makes me feel slobbish. I'll go tomorrow and see if I can find some. I know I don't get enough water n protein. Calorie intake is about 900-1000. It's frustrating. -

Weird one! Havent used my bathtub in 6 months. I took a bath the other day and laid back as usual and OUCH!!! Did I sit in a bottle cap or something sharp??NO. It was a fat-free tailbone! That was an awaking of a weigh loss moment:-)

I'm 5 mos out and boy o boy!, In losing so much. I take 10 k biotin, protein and vits . I have special shampoo n conditioner. Protein spray. Nothing is really working:-(

Sleeveless- me too! Oregon to Washington:-). I had my work id changed after 35 pounds loss. My new photo I should have bought a small top cause my bra strap shows. Didn't catch it until too late. Now that I'm another 30 pounds down I'm due for another id. :-). This time I will be prepared! -
