Hello nw wls friends. I'm at the point of looking for plastic surgeon. Anyone have recommendations?

I had a consult today with a different surgeon. They had two different recommendations for the procedure. One the anchor cut and the other a standard TT. She said she will pull down the skin tight and repair the muscle. She said I have a good hip curve already so the anchor cut wouldn't be needed. The other said with extra skin above my BB, an anchor cut will give a tighter waist. Anyone had a similar situation? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I will like to start this year with a group challenge. I'm 156 would like to lose 11. Here we go!!

I'm 5'2". 51 yes. I was 143 and over the thanksgiving to today put on 8 pounds. I know why. I need to get back to shakes and watch for snacking. I want to get to 132 then have TT. The 8 pounds I feel drastically in the tighter feel of clothes. So I am very aware. I truly want the spring n summer to be the best for me. I ride horses and life is good!

Travel amazon. Can you share pics if arms? I'm looking to have them done. I'm going for an appt next Friday. Might end up going to Mexico if too expensive here.

Relationship can be complicated. Married 30 years and finding that when one makes changes it is hard on the other half. Evolving is a part of the human life cycle. However, some relationship get a huge gap with one continues to grow in life and the other gets stuck. It changes slow until you look at each other and see more differences than before. Self esteem, critism, negatively starts becoming more n more. Trying to be a shining light to give hope where they really don't want to change make it hard. In my opinion, wls doesn't cause divorce. Its the fear of getting left behind while the other is making positive chances and not getting stuck. OK done rambling its late.

Roadrunner sports has a great site that customs your needs to the right shoe. Had shin splints prior to them fitting my needs. Now can go farther and no splints.

I've been together with my husband over 30 yrs. I have accepted his insecurities, critism, (he jokes) for years. We have different likes and always have. It has work for us, I think. Lol. What I mean, I'm starting to see things are getting more of a difference. Or my acceptance is going away. I have seen a councilor for years and have learned to live, love without judgement. My husband likes to be the big kid in the room, joking. And I'm more on the serious side. He lately makes comments "where are we going in this marriage" I feel the weight loss and opened my eyes to what really is being present. Good luck.

Washington state. I haven't traveled in decades, so this would be going outside my comfort zone. Never been to mx.

I had 3 major abdominal surgery different from vsg. Yes I remember not standing up with those. Long recovery-Saving up sick leave n vacation time. I most likely will go to Mexico for ps since i would not be able to afford it here. I want arms, thighs and full tummy tuck. Where do I start? Any advice?
