May sleevers! How much have you lost so far?

Hi!!! I was sleeved on may 18, total with preop 27 pounds. My doctor sais I have to be able to take 30 min. To finish each meal but it is impossible. The longest I can take is 15. Can anyone give me tips? Should I really worry? I started on soft food two days ago and I can finish half a cup of food. I really feel full to burst in the end but can eat all my portion. HELP! -

Hi again! I have finished purees week and have started the soft food diet. I have been feeling fine but my doctor insists that I have to take 30 minutes to eat each meal annd for me it has been impossible. I eat the longest in 15 and feel fuul up to my throat when im done can anyone give me some tips? -
Good to know thank you. I started my vitamins and Calcium today. They taste awful and I bought enough for three months! I was told to take Biotin for hair loss so I hope I do ok. You look great! Can't wait to start sheeding off the pounds jajaja!,,,

Hi! I was sleeved on the 18. The clear liquids are fine but boring can't wait for friday so I start full liquids. Anyone else been feeling cold? Is it normal? Does gas still hurt you guys?

Hi! I was sleeved may 18. I am doing fine with the food thing but I am feeling very cold! Anyone know why? I am starting full liquids on friday and can't wait but I really do not feel hunger. -

Hello. I am new in this but I wanted to ask if anyone knows if the sleeve will work even if I have hipothyroidism. I have a really hard time losing weight and I am thinking about having the surgery but I so not want to take my stomach out and maybe I will not lose weight!!! Please help!!!
